Hope you all had a safe and relaxing 4th of July weekend.
We are a little over a month out from 101. My training camp has been extremely tough. As it looks like BJ is in the best shape of his life and very motivated for his title defense, you can expect to see fireworks again on August 8th in Philadelphia.
The September issue of Ultimate MMA magazine has a cover story on me. The issue also includes a breakdown of my fight with BJ.
This week will be busy for me. I will be travelling to Las Vegas for UFC 100 to cover the event for ESPN's MMA Live. Joining us on the show to help break it all down will be none other than UFC legend Randy Couture. His great MMA mind and experience will provide unique insight for this stacked fight card; so be sure to check out our coverage starting this Thursday on the ESPN.com MMA page. On Friday MMA Live will cover the weigh-ins and on Saturday we will have a preview show along with a complete UFC 100 post fight edition. As always MMA Live will provide you with detailed analysis, breaking news and fighter interviews - so don't miss it!
