This weeks videos are some excellent techniques courtesy of our friends Daniel Boquist and Alliance Black Belt Luis "Sucuri" Togno.
Visit their website at
http://www.sucuribjj.comThe OntheMat Video library has officially cracked the 500 barrier (or it will crack the 500 barrier when I update our video page). Do you want to put a video online at OntheMat.com? Now you can share your video with the world through OntheMat.com!
Here's the deal, first create and output your video in ANY web friendly format (Windows Media, Quicktime, MPEG, Real Media, or even Flash).
Upload your file to the following site with anonymous login:
ftp://www.onthemat.comDrop your video in the incoming box
E-mail me at
Gumby@onthemat.com to let me know that the video is in the box and send a brief description.
That's it! I'll add it to the video library and send you a direct link you can share with your friends.
Please note that all videos must be original, uncopyrighted work. If you have footage from a tournament or event you must have permission from the event promoter to post the video (No DVD burns, PPVs, or the like, PLEASE!)
If you need a little help with Compression settings, OntheMat is largely a Quicktime house. You will want to export your files in Quicktime Pro or compressor to the following settings if you want to mimic our site:
