    1 Erin is grabbed from behind in a typical Bear Hug.

    2 Erin breaks attacker's grip by bending knees and simultaneously dropping and thrusting her butt back.

    3 Erin moves to one side to further loosen hold.

    4 Erin's leg steps behind. At the same time Erin sits for lateral takedown.

    5 Erin lands in scissored sidemount postition.

    6 Opponents knees are moved together to go for mount position.

    7 Erin is now in mount and attacker tries to push her off.

    8 Positioning for armbar.

    9 Arm bar is quickly applied.

    10 Attacker's arm is broken!
