After talking to Rich, Carson welcomes original Lion's Den member Eric Nyenhuis to the show.

Before he made the jump to pro-wrestling, Eric trained with both the Den and Royce Gracie. Bob and Eric reminisce about the often crazy early days of the sport, including a lot of stories from Eric that you won't have heard anywhere else!

As well as the days of Pancrase and the Gracies, Eric gives his thoughts on why many people in the pro-wrestling world have supposedly taken a dislike to him, if the wrestling business corrupts everyone who touches it for too long and which wrestlers he thinks could make the jump to MMA in the footsteps of Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley.
