Mike and Bob look back over his journey from military school to the championship and how he overcame obstacles including a fondness for twinkies and a serious neck injury to become a world-class athlete.

Brown has faced some of the best fighters in the sport and gives his thoughts on battles against Hermes Franca, Urijah Faber and Masakazu Imanari, including the sickening leg lock which threatened to derail his career.
