What's been going on with me? Well I'll tell you. A LOT of things!

This past October, I fought UFC vet Ronald the Machine Gun Jhun, for the Superbrawl 170 lb World Title.

This past October, I fought UFC vet Ronald the Machine Gun Jhun, for the Superbrawl 170 lb World Title.

The show did great, and I dominated all three rounds, andfinished the fight with a Head and Arm choke, early in the Third round.

I had a great time in Hawaii, and sold a ton of shirts, thathave been selling like HOTCAKES over the net

I'd like to thank you all for helping me support my Violence Habit.

I'm still selling these shirts, as well as my new ones, that look similar, except have "ADDICTED TO VIOLENCE" in place of "HAOLE BOY CAN SCRAP" (for the mainland fans who don't know what the hell a haole is.) Just email me with your address, size, and which style you want, and you'll get a shirt quick-fast!

Next up, I'll be attending the Atlanta Fight Party this weekend, (November 20th)and have even been asked to be the special guest referee for the main event. I'm honored, and can't wait to undertake the task.

The next day, I'll be doing a seminar, at VELOCITY KICKBOXING (for full info visit www.velocitykickboxing.com) I'll bemainly focusing on Brazillian Jujitsu, in relation to to MMA, as well as its application in Sport Grappling. It will be very informativefor everyone who comes out, no matteryour skill leveland I'm sure that it will be alot of fun.

Currently, I've been back training for another bout on December 11th.

I'll be fighting a very tough opponent in the next Superbrawl. If you're on Oahu around that time come out, and if you aren't COME TO THE ISLAND! you won'tregret it.

The Main Event is a grudge match between Tim Silvia and Wes Simms. I'm thinking that Silvia may dominate, but you can never count Sims out, and I love to watch him fight!
