Here is an interview we did with Marc back at the Pro Ams. We lagged I know. Sorry Marc, and the rest of you! Here it is. It has a ton of great footage of Marc in action. We'll be hanging out with Marc in Vegas for the UFC, so we'll bring you up todate after that. Stop by and check out the cage.

OTM: What have you been up to since the Pro Ams?
ML: I've been training hard getting ready to fight the best guys around. I've done some super secret training at the University of Iowa. I've also been helping others get ready for there NHB fights.

OTM: When and from who did you get your black belt?
ML: Got my black belt from John Lewis it was on the 30th of July 2001

OTM: Tell us about your video series, is it instructional?
ML: It is not instructional per say. It is a compilation of world champions performing there moves in competition. I edit them on the computer and and make them easy to watch and learn from. There is nothing like them on the market today. Everyone that sees them raves about them and want me to make more. I will soon, but I've been training for some tournaments, and that is priority #1

OTM: What up coming events are you fighting in?
MLI am planning on the next westside submission tournament, the Grapplers Quest west in Jan of 2002. And anything else I can find to fight in!

OTM: What's coming in the future for you?
ML: I plan to continue to compete, and have a killer line of videos. I will also be doing seminars. I have a unique way of doing seminars, that I think will set the standard for instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

OTM: Anything else you want to say?
ML: I wish people in Jiu-Jitsu would stop the politics. People should compete in every tournament to support each other so our sport can grow. Silly feuds and politics need to be put to the side and then people will see the a real beauty that Jiu-Jitsu offers.
