LAS VEGAS, NEV., February 28, 2005....The Ultimate Fighting Championship® today announced that tickets priced at $350, $250 and $150 for the live Saturday, April 9, Spike TV telecast of the final episode of The Ultimate FighterTM reality show went on sale at 10 a.m., today (Monday, February 28), at the box office at Cox Pavilion on the campus of UNLV, all UNLV ticket outlets, including The Galleria at Sunset, Meadows Mall, Boulevard Mall, all Station Casinos hotel/casinos and Fiesta hotel/casinos and at www.unlvtickets.com. Tickets also may be ordered by telephone at 1-866-388-3267 toll free, or in Las Vegas at (702) 739-3267. Ticket purchases are subject to transaction fees.

WATCH THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER EPISODE 12 MONDAY NIGHT
The Middleweight final is set with Kenny Florian facing Diego Sanchez for the contract. Now, the light heavyweights will compete to see who advances to the final. If Forrest Griffin can not compete, Bobby Southworth will take his place in the semifinal bout against Sam Hoger. The other semifinal bout pits Stephan Bonnar vs. Mike Swick. Tune in Monday night to see which two fighters will advance to the finals.

The two separate agreements call for Delivery Agent to immediately begin integrating its proprietary Just Seen On® platform with the www.theultimatefighter.tv web site and on February 22 with www.ufc.tv.

UFC 52 - FULL CARD
Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell won`t be the only championship re-match on the Ultimate Fighting Championship® 52: Couture vs. Liddell 2 card Saturday, April 16, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
UFC® World Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes will also fight a previous nemesis when he and Frank Trigg hook up again with Hughes` title on the line. In their first meeting, Hughes kept the welterweight belt submitting Trigg with a rear naked choke in November 2003 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
