If you ever needed to explain to someone what tournament Jiu Jitsu is about, a local North Carolina program produced the perfect clip.

Filmed at the Bud Cup back in January 2007, this video shows both action on the mat and provides not only shows what the tournament scene is all about, but is also explains what Jiu Jitsu is (and what it is not). The video features commentary from promoter Joe Hurst, Gumby, Jeff Monson and Don Cunanan.
