Through OntheMat, I`ve gotten to live the life, do things and meet people that would make me the envy of many inside or outside of the sport. Yet as I prepared to do this particular interview, I actually had trouble sleeping, as I was a bundle of nervous, excited energy.

We did this interview while we were down in Brazil, in January. I was holding this article till we got a release date on the tapes, but since everyone has been asking................Here it is.

Gordinho embarked on his first ever European seminar tour in November 2003; starting in Darlington and ending in Copenhagen, Denmark, Gordinho showcased the half guard techniques made famous by his older brother Gordo back at the Barra HQ in Rio.

Gil Castillo is a brown belt under Cesar Gracie. With a record of 17-1, he will fight for the UFC Weltertweight Title on November 22nd.

Introducing Gabe Ruediger:
