FREE Submission Grappling/Wrestling Seminar!
DETAILS
This 2 hour seminar will be on the basics of Submission Wrestling and Grappling. We will focus on (1) clinch, defeat take-down & dominant positions on the ground, (2) maintaining and escaping dominant positions and (3) basic submissions & defense vs submissions.
ABOUT INSTRUCTORS
Johnny Rodriquez & Robert Dominguez have over 10 years wrestling/grappling experience including collegiate wrestling at Santa Ana College and Lindenwood University. They have won multiple Freestyle and No-Gi grappling tournaments.
