Felipe Costa is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and two-time World Champion. In this latest iPhone App, he talks you through the rules of BJJ competition, as prescribed by the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation from the perspective of a fighter and a competitor.
This is not a referee course, this is simply a guide to the rules for a competitor by a competitor.
