School Owners and Competitors: The 3rd Annual Hoosier Open Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament is only 8 weeks away. We hope your training is going well. A couple of important points to remember:1. Please make sure students register under the same school name so your team gets proper credit towards the Team Award. 2. Please be reminded that this year Weigh-ins are with the Gi on, so make sure you select your weight division on the registration form based upon your weight with the Gi on. 3. This year the tournament will be held at a new location at Guerin Catholic High School on the north side of Indianapolis to better serve the growth of this event. And also the Friday night weigh-ins will be at Indianapolis Jiu-Jitsu in Carmel. See the tournament website for maps and directions to both locations. 4. Also, if you’re traveling from a distance, and need a hotel be sure to book your room early as there are other events in the area this weekend. We have 2 hotels holding a block of rooms (see tournament website) and they will be releasing the rooms several weeks before the tournament. We look forward to seeing you on June 10th.
