One of the great attractions of Brasil Fight MMA 3 is the fight between the black belt from Gracie Fusion Joaquim Mamute and Edson Conterrâneo. The event that shakes the Chevrolet Hall, Belo Horizonte, on Saturday, will feature live broadcast by Combate and the portal of the State of Minas (www.uai.com.br).
Mamute, the only man who defeated Junior dos Santos, will defend his state in the challenge Minas x São Paulo.
"I am calm because I did a lot of fights this year and have not stopped training. I feel very well to defend Minas in this challenge", he said, "I watched his fights. It is a strong opponent with great heart and he never gives up. A tough guy to break down, but it is not unlike so many other tough guys I've ever faced", he adds.
To this combat, Mamute can surprise and try to exploit new features.
"The idea is to strike a little standing. I've been training quite a striking, it was just my disability. I want to put this into practice, even to raise higher flights. If you are not going right, I have the Jiu-Jitsu, which is my home", he concluded.
