WHAT: Mixed Martial Arts legend, Frank Shamrock, will open up his gym to the media and MMA fans throughout the Bay Area for a media workout in preparation for his much anticipated showdown with “The New York Bad Ass” Phil Baroni in the main event of a 12-bout Strikeforce-EliteXC live Pay Per View mixed martial arts event.
