Real Rio Show returns to the Tropa Muay Thai project in Favela Tijuquinha in Rio de Janeiro. A couple of the guys join in and train Muay Thai with Edu Pachu and his team of young fighters and donate much-needed equipment to the project.

Also, Gordo Jiu-Jitsu black belt Dennis Asche shows a few drills that can be used as an alternative to the traditional warm-up. Designed to increase your heart rate, develop your agility and co-ordination, these drills are a staple part of his classes at Evolve MMA / Gordo Jiu-Jitsu in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janiero, one of the leading academies to train BJJ in Rio.
