Pre-registration is now open for the New England (RI) and Virginia tournaments in February, the Arnolds (Ohio), Vegas, and U.S. Nationals in March, and the World Championship in April.
Reality Fighting Throwdown is coming to Plymouth, MA on May 2, 2009. The show will feature 3 title fights along with 12 other MMA fights in the new 28 foot Reality Fighting hexagon cage. Tickets are now on sale.
Reality Fighting will be holding an amateur MMA show in Washington D.C. on May 16th, and one in Wildwood, NJ on August 1st. If you are interested in fighting, please fill out the fighter registration form at www.realityfighting.tv.

HELIO GRACIE PASSES AWAY
The patriarch of the world famous Gracie family and innovator of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Helio Gracie, passed away this week at the age of 95.
Helio Gracie was truly a legend. Everyone who steps on a NAGA mat or into the Reality Fighting cage owes a deep amount of gratitude to this man.
NAGA offers its condolences to the entire Gracie family.
NEW NAGA WEBSITE
The new NAGA website launches Monday, February 2nd. We are extremely excited about the new design and new features the site contains. There will be video galleries, photo galleries, featured grapplers, featured schools, techniques of the month, and much more.
NAGA has created a video site on YouTube and we would like for you to share with us your NAGA grappling videos, techniques videos, Reality Fighting videos, etc. The new website has a video section we think you will enjoy. NO-GI Grappling Superfight

NAGA regrets to announce that the no-gi grappling superfight that was to feature UFC veteran and Team Link member Gabriel Napao Gonzaga taking on American Top Teams Luigi Mondelli has been postponed. Gabriel was offered a last minute fight for the UFC that he could not decline. This match will take place at a later date.
We have put together another Superfight featuring UFC veteran Joe Lauzon. Joe will be headlining the upcoming UFC Fight Night on SpikeTV and will be facing the very tough Will Kerr. Will is one of the top MMA fighters in New England who has a tremendous grappling game. This will be a war!

NAGA is always looking for qualified individuals to join our referee and ring coordinator team.
Referees must have a strong knowledge of both gi and no-gi grappling and its rules and they must be able to help set up before and clean up after the tournament. Referees must also have a professional attitude. Becoming a NAGA referee provides an opportunity for you to travel the United States and earn money all while working in the sport that you love. Ring coordinators are responsible for scorekeeping, timekeeping, and division bracketing. We are looking for individuals who have a knowledge of how to bracket divisions, are professional, can interact well with others, from areas where NAGA tournaments are held, and have a passion for the sport of grappling.
