Hey guys
The Mundial this year for me was an extremely disappointing experience. I have never sacrificed so much for a single event in my life, nor have I ever felt so prepared. I truly dedicated myself to my diet and for the first time in my life I felt like I dropped weight the right way and was really lean and strong for my weight class.
I felt good in my fight (video below) but I feel like I fought too conservatively and needed to turn up the heat on my opponent. Much congratulations to the competitor who bested me and to all those that made it on the podium. Can't wait to get back in the mix at the next opportunity.
