Paul Schriener Seminar Union City

Nov. 22nd 12:00-3:00 at One World Martial Arts in Union City with Professor Paul Schreiner fee is $50. Topics to be covered will be Jiu-Jitsu self-defense and fundamentals. Specifically the seminar will start with some self defense positions / techniques and will progress to the core of dominant jiu jitsu - the pass, mount and x-choke. Hope to see you there!
