Emily began her combat sports career in boxing and sambo, and fell in love with jiu-jitsu shortly afterwards. Among other information, she will share her stories of training BJJ from Canada, the United States, and even for a year in Japan! We will also catch up briefly with 2007 ADCC Absolute division champion Robert Drysdale. As we learned when we spoke with Drysdale in Episode #137, he was preparing for the transition to mixed martial arts. Coached by Wanderlei Silva and others, on Friday he made his amateur debut and won by armbar against Josh Musick.
