The 2nd annual U.S. Armed Forces Pankration Inviational Tournament is scheduled for Sunday April 29, 2007 at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California.
All members of the U.S. Armed Forces, Active and Reserve, are eligable to compete. Pankration rules allow body strikes, takedowns and submissions in a wrestling style double elimination tournament.
Athletes are grouped into either Novice or Open skill divisions, each with 9 weight classes.
The tournament is sanctioned by the USA Federation of Pankration Athlima under the Unified Amateur Pankration League.
