    Women Only Fitness Bootcamp is a goal-oriented fitness and nutrition program designed to help you lose weight, get fit and stay healthy! It's a personalized "non-diet" approach to achieving and maintaining long-term physical and mental health. This means that women of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels are welcome and can benefit from the program.

    We meet 3 times a week for a period of 6 or 12 weeks to sweat, laugh and challenge ourselves during a 60 minute workout. The highly addicitve routines target every major muscle group by incorporating a series of fun and challenging exercises...cardio drills, resistance training, pilates, kickboxing, plyometrics and stretching. Each session is different and always provides the perfect full-body workout.

    Our 6-week session includes:
    • FREE bootcamp t-shirt
    • Pre-recruitment fitness and nutrition assessments, (includes body fat, waist/hip measurements, strength & flexibility testing) which will last about 1-2 hours
    • Spinal & postural scans by a registered physiotherapist
    • Education on core stabilization and heart rate
    • Daily fitness & nutrition tips via email
    • Biweekly weigh-ins
    • A 6-week meal plan & meal log tailored to your needs
