Carlson Gracie Revolution Team member Simon Hayes was awarded his black belt from Wilson Jr at the London based club the other night, in front of over thirty team mates. Simon is one of the UK’s most respected and inspiring jiu jitsu players, a warrior on the mat and a gentleman off them. All the UK’s jiu jitsu community wish Simon all the very best on such a massive achievement and I now have even more material to add to what is shaping out to be the biggest interview I’ve ever undertaken with Simon, so watch this space!
