    Hey guys if you are like me you are always looking for ways to improve you training and life style.  I have recently switched to a Paleo Diet and i feel great.  I have set new personl records in the gym and i feel great during long BJJ practices. Paleo is based on a lower carb and higher fat and protein content.There is a tone of information on this diet on the web.  A good starting point is Robb Wolf.com  I hope you guys find this information helpfull.  Just want to say thanks to the guys at OTM for giving us this platform for sharing our thoughts and ideas!

    Is that like zone diet?  i did well with that while doing crossfit. but im doing work fit now and it is much harder to stay focused. lazy.

    well i have never done the

    well i have never done the zone but i belive the zone is based on blocks of food at different times through the day. Paleo is more focused on quality of food and there is no calorie counting witch makes it easy to follow.  basically you eat lean meat, fruits and vegetables and tree nuts. The big thing you are cutting out is grains and sugars.
