Hey guys if you are like me you are always looking for ways to improve you training and life style. I have recently switched to a Paleo Diet and i feel great. I have set new personl records in the gym and i feel great during long BJJ practices. Paleo is based on a lower carb and higher fat and protein content.There is a tone of information on this diet on the web.
