This is the first of two trials for North America, so earn your spot in the 2011 ADCC Submission Fighting World Championships
 
The event will take place on November 20, 2010, at the Belleville High School Gymnasium, located at 100 Passaic Avenue in Belleville, New Jersey 07109.
 
The doors will open at 9:00 am and the event will begin at 10:00 am.
 

The ADCC Italy National Championship has been organized through 6 exciting tournements in different towns across Italy

With the main event approaching the level of interest is greatly rising and a lot of confusion and misinformation about the process of entering the event is floating around. First, competing in any event other than the ADCC trials does not guarantee entry into the main event. No organization is favored, all competition results are treated equally!

Great event for the ADCC debut in Italy!
On 22 October the town of Asti hosted a Submission Fighting tournement organized by ADCC Italy.
Around 70 fighters were there rappresenting some of the best Italian Teams; special guest was Lubomir Guedjev (ADCC Head Referee), judge of the event together with Filippo Leone (ADCC Italy).

Legal Techniques
- Any kind of choke (except for using the hand to close the wind pipe)
with or without the use of the uniform
- Any armbar, shoulder lock, or wrist lock
- Any Leg Lock or Ankle Lock

Illegal Techniques
- No "Full Nelson" or "Crucifix"
- No striking / kicking of any kind
- No eye gouging or fish hooking
- No grabbing the ears
