Starting this Saturday jiu jitsu is back at 2pm.

This is a sparring only class.

The gym closes at 3pm, so if you want to get a solid hour of rolling in,
make sure you get in at around 1:45 so that you can properly stretch and
warm up.

I will try to make as many classes as possible to supervise, but when I'm
not there, Cade, Doty, Einstein, or Beast will be in charge.

Always show Paul, the boxing trainer, and Chris, the owner, some serious
respect.

Please throw all your trash away and make sure the red mats are stacked away
before the gym closes, thank you.
