Hey guys.  Last month I hosted a seminar with Joe Moreira at my school Carlson Gracie Indianapolis Jiu Jitsu.  This was my first time meeting and training with Joe.  I was very impressed but what would you expect from over 45 years of refined technique.  The game he showed was very fundamental but broken down so well that any belt level would benefit from it. 

BJJ Black Belt Travis Haynes will be coming over on October 8th, 2011, to Carlson GracieIndianapolis Jiu Jitsu to teach a BJJ Workshop.  He will be covering some of the forgotten fundamentals, the simple pieces of BJJ that make things work.  Not the upside down, sideways, spin on your head 3x, flying omoplatas, but good solid fundamentals!  This is a must for all belt levels.
