After the win in germany i was in the gym the next day training bjj niels my boss and manager came upto me and said congratulations and I have something for you in my office after you finish training, it was the contract from M-1 so after reading through it i sighned it and waited to find out who it was i was fighting daniel went to russia to fight on M1 and won with an impressive triangle and it was there I found out who my next opponent was ..............
ok so picture this, im in brazil im tanned i have a great g/f im in the sun im training with an acadamy full of black belts in a house full of fighters surrounded by great people and an oppertunity comes up .................................................

happy monday people, just woke up too late for the morning session so i decided to blog, ill start by talking about training and the reason its been a while since my last post, last week i was training the MMA/ submission class and working gillotines (spelling) when your opponent shoots, master mario sperry was teaching this and nobody squeezes a neck like him, the move was very usefull but whilst drilling i felt a little twinge in my back and as the session went on movement was getting limited so i decided to go home and rest it, 2 days rest and it was feeling better i was helping dennis w

as you can tell this last few weeks have been a little crazier than the house has been for a while, as you may know i had to take a week off training to let my finger repair so i the oppertunity of teaching a few privates to sam and robert two guys at the house, both have very different styles yet i think they both got the most out of there sessions with me, sam after rolling with me asked can i show him some stuff to make his game more like mine, and robert wanted to work only on side control escapes. hey peps, been almost 2 weeks since my last blog and things wernt good on the training front for me, a small cut on the finger turned infected and swelled up i used a knife to cut it open to releive some pressure and it got worse suppose thats why doctors have jobs, but after taking a course of anti biotics its looking better and im hoping to be training this week, on the other i have been down the beach a lot working on my tan and i think im changing my ethenticity to ''tanned''.
Hey guys and girls, I'm gonna do this blog in no particular order as usual, so I'll start by talking bout the thing thats on my mind right now...............my thumb. It's 6 a.m. in the morning and I have just been woken up by something throbbing, purple, and swollen. OK I know what you're thinking, "Jack it's a usual thing for guys", but this isn't morning glory. This is my thumb. Yesterday when I was rolling, I landed on my thumb and bent the end bit all the way back. At the time I was like ouch!!
