Please come out to help a fellow Martial Artist in need. Gary Quan has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.  Gary is a long time member of the BJJ & Martial Arts community he is a husband and a father.  

 If you are a fan of competitive Jiu Jitsu, you have certainly heard the name Keenan Cornelius – He won his weight class and the open division at every major IBJJF tournament in 2012 at purple belt and he has become, without question, the most dominant brown belt in history.  

The Mind Body Soul is Alberta's Largest and Longest running BJJ tournament. This year was our 12th year and we beat the great turnout we had last year!

Had a great tourny yesterday.

 In December the BJJ Community raised $5200 during our Sandy Hook Webinar.  We had 10 Black Belts there On The Mat showing some killer techniques.  

One of the most anticipated Black Belts was Eddie Bravo and he really put on a show! Right before him is 10th Planet Black Belt, Cade Nelson.  He taught a technique all the little guys freaked out about. 

The one and only Kurt Osiander will be joined by Sean Roberts for a special seminar at Budo HQ on March 15th, 2013 at 6pm. You're getting 2 teachers for the price of 1!

Kurt will be focusing on all things Omoplata and Sean will be focusing on Triangle attacks and defense.
