Jungle Fight Warriors was promoted last Saturday, in São Paulo, and had six fights, with new talents fighting for an opportunity. According to Wallid Ismail, promoter of show, Jungle Warriors is a Brazilian MMA Championship, while the Jungle Fight is a World MMA Championship.

How was your last fight?

Willamy Chiquerim (picture) was a big name in action last weekend in Brazil. Shooto World Champion won Mikael Lahdesmaki by unanimous decision at Shooto Brasil 15. Edilberto “Crocotá” was the sensation of Jungle Fight 18, after an amazing performance against Pedro Irie, winning by submission with a guillotine choke.
 

Last weekend, four events were realized in Brazil in one day. In Curitiba, two shows at same night, BFL and Power Fight Extreme. Belo Horizonte received the first edition of Brasil Fight and Fabio Maldonado won the main event of Combat Power Championship, in Piracicaba.
 

José “Pelé” Landy received a terrible injury to his leg, two years ago, in a fight against Brian Gassaway, for TKO 32. Recovered, the former Chute Boxe fighter won two fights and promises news of victories for his fans.
