The Exhibition Park of Campos dos Goytacazes will stage the second edition of the X-Combat Ultra Grand Prix International, on May 20. Organized by a black belt in jiu-jitsu and former MMA fighter, Rodrigo Riscado, the event will be the first phase of the international Grand Prix up to 84 kg, with participation of four Brazilian athletes like Gustavo Ximú and Paulo Filho, facing four foreign fighters, from Chile, Argentina, France and USA. Each fighter will do two fights in one night.

 Thiago Tavares was the third Brazilian confirmed in the card of UFC Rio, held on August 27, at HSBC Arena. After Anderson Silva and Shogun, Zuffa announced the lightweight in the event in a confrontation against Spencer Fisher. Like their fans, Thiago said he was surprised and thrilled with the announcement.

 Vitor "Shaolin" Ribeiro Academy in New York has received lectures given by distinguished guests. After receiving Maurício Shogun in March, on April 23 will be the turn of Anderson Silva to be the speaker.
