This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with the ninth Technique of the Week. This week's technique works in together with the techniques from weeks 1-5, all playing a part in my series of attacks from the back. This one is for when you want to get the bow and arrow choke but your leg is stuck underneath your opponent. Hope you can work it into your game and get it work for you like it does for me!! Enjoy!
