Back with a new Technique, this one is a video featuring myself that a friend of mine Ashoka McCormick made as a part of a technique series he does called Journal of A BJJ Player. I'm putting it up here in case you haven't got a chance to check it out yet!! Back with another Technique of The Week, this one being a little trick for those of you who like the deep half guard but sometimes get stuck against guys who have a really tough base! If you can't get your normal deep half guard sweeps to work for whatever reason then you can use this to transition to the x guard and sweep the guy from there! Hope you can put it in your game and get it work for you like it does for me!

LOS ANGELES, California — It's been a busy summer for Joe Rogan. On top of his regular commentating duties with the UFC, he he received his black belt in 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu from Eddie Bravo on Wednesday, June 27th.
