This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with the first edition of what will be my weekly "Technique of the Week" series right here on my blog!! This week's techique is one that I use all the time in competition, most notably in my final as a purple belt lightweight at the IBJJF US Nationals 2009 against Ronis Gracie.
