im missing this the most at the moment except from my briggadero

hey peps, been almost 2 weeks since my last blog and things wernt good on the training front for me, a small cut on the finger turned infected and swelled up i used a knife to cut it open to releive some pressure and it got worse suppose thats why doctors have jobs, but after taking a course of anti biotics its looking better and im hoping to be training this week, on the other i have been down the beach a lot working on my tan and i think im changing my ethenticity to ''tanned''.

2nd place - 5 tuff fights that day ......actually 4.5. The guy on 1st place got me DQ in 2 minutes!

Hey guys and girls, I'm gonna do this blog in no particular order as usual, so I'll start by talking bout the thing thats on my mind right now...............my thumb. It's 6 a.m. in the morning and I have just been woken up by something throbbing, purple, and swollen. OK I know what you're thinking, "Jack it's a usual thing for guys", but this isn't morning glory. This is my thumb. Yesterday when I was rolling, I landed on my thumb and bent the end bit all the way back. At the time I was like ouch!!

Hey humans, Sunday was quite an epic day, as we all decided to hike up Pedra de Gavea. It was Gordo's idea, so a bunch of people from the house and a few from the academy woke up early, ready to take on the rock. My alarm went of at 7:30 a.m.

Hey people, thoght I'd start by saying bollox, it may seem strange to start a blog with that, but everyone in Brazil asks me: Hey Jack, what do you think of England in the World Cup and my reply has been bollox! Those guys get payed in a month more than I have earned in my whole 7 years of pro MMA and they played like crap..........so bollox. I support Brazil now, but I really would like them out the World Cup also so things would go back normal, less horns, and silly wigs.

Connection Rio: Pre-Brazillian Football Game

Hey girls n' guys, got alot to talk about in this blog. Lots of exciting stuff I've been doing and will be doing. I'll start with the stuff I will be doing. Rio Open is on the 22nd of July and I see this as a good time to smash some purple belts and let everyone know I need my brown belt (even though I love the purple belt). I'm fighting at 76 kg (167 lbs) with the gi, so I have a little weight to loose. Last week I was 83 kg (182 lbs). Yesterday's weight check saw me at 77 kg (170 lbs), so it's coming off pretty easy so far.
