     Hey guys!!

This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with another technique of the week! This one's to help make your armbar tighter when you get it with the bottom leg over the guys arm instead of under his armpit. Practice it and I'm sure you'll be able to get it to work for you like it does for me!!

     Hey guys!!

This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with the ninth Technique of the Week. This week's technique works in together with the techniques from weeks 1-5, all playing a part in my series of attacks from the back. This one is for when you want to get the bow and arrow choke but your leg is stuck underneath your opponent. Hope you can work it into your game and get it work for you like it does for me!! Enjoy! Ossssssss

     Hey guys!!

This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with the eighth technique of the week, this is a good technique for guys with guards that are really tough to pass. Sometimes if the time's running out and you can't pass the guy's guard you can put him in this position and finish him anyway!! Hope you enjoy the technique and are able to put it in your game and make it work for you like it does for me!!

     Hey guys!!

Back with another Technique of The Week, this one being a little trick for those of you who like the deep half guard but sometimes get stuck against guys who have a really tough base! If you can't get your normal deep half guard sweeps to work for whatever reason then you can use this to transition to the x guard and sweep the guy from there! Hope you can put it in your game and get it work for you like it does for me!

    Hey guys!!

This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with my fourth technique of the week!! This is a technique you can get from the same position as the previous two techniques if your opponent won't let you make the grip the others require!! I've had a lot of competition success with this technique, and I added two examples from the 2007 Us Open as a blue belt!!

    Hope it works for you!!

    Stay tuned!

     Hey guys!!

This is Nathan Mendelsohn back with the second technique in my weekly "Technique of the Week" series! This is another technique that I have had a lot of success with in competition, especially at purple belt where the majority of my matches ended with this move or something similar. Check the first two matches in this highlight from the 2009 US Open where I use this same move from a slightly different angle to get the finish in both matches. Hope you enjoy!! Osssss
