Professor Leonardo Xavier and LX Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense will offer a WOMEN'S ONLY Self Defense class on Saturday, November 5th from 2 to 4pm.
 
The purpose of the class is to give women an understanding of self defense, and to increase individual awareness about protecting against violent crime.  This comprehensive, in-depth seminar will be a great benefit to all women who are interested in learning to protect themselves!
