Many practitioners enter the gym putting 100 % effort into the physical aspect of training for a fight. However once one enters the arena negative thoughts of doubt and fear plagues the persons mind jeopardizing their performance making their hard work in the gym meaningless. In this interview former Olympian and three time NCAA all American freestyle wrestler Andy Hrovat discuses  the mental aspect of wrestling and how it has helped him in his career.
