The format for Saulo's seminar in Virginia Beach will be very similar to the Toledo seminar except that he will be doing gi and no gi. The date is Saturday March 13th. 11am to 1pm will be gi and 130pm to 330pm will be no gi. $80 for 1 or the other, $120 for both gi and no gi.
All are welcome and I would love to have as many guys down as possible. We have plenty of space and I can help find inexpensive places for people to stay need be.
