    Well I tried to establish the

    Well I tried to establish the Iron Hook, but my opponent puts his head down on my chest and blocks my biceps with the palm of the free hand. If I try to bring my foot on his hip he uses his elbow on it and there is a fight over it, which I haven't yet won once. How do I overcome that?
