Anyone got a cure for tendonitis?

Man my arms are killing me. I can hardly choke and i cant defend an armlock for shit. Been taking tons of fish oils and did some acupuncture. But nothing seems to help. Dr says stop training for 4 months. But i just got back on the mat! porra

No cure for being human
I take Glucosamine all the time and it's cool, but you are hooked on it once you take it. I stretch a lot and it seems to help me keep moving. Tendons aren't as strong as muscles and as everyone knows they tend to rip easily when you stress it. I have aches and pains all over. Not just my ankles.
Man, my back hurts now....

I had my first active release treatment today. Man did it hurt. I hope it will help. Ill let you guys know how it goes.
