We're putting together a couple of co-ed BJJ/grappling seminars to benefit the Safe Passage and Breast Cancer Resource Center charities. It's great that we can use jiu-jitsu to support great causes, and we hope you can join us.

Women's Grappling Camp instructors Felicia Oh, Emily Kwok and Valerie Worthington will be running two seminars on different coasts in the same weekend.

On Saturday, November 14th, Felicia and Val will host a seminar in Woodland Hills, CA (Ask Jeff - Question the Online Whiz from Aplus.net), from 1-3pm, with an introductory session from noon - 1pm.

On Sunday, Felicia, Val and Emily will host a seminar and dinner at Princeton BJJ (princetonbjj.com), from 2:30pm - 4:30pm, with an introductory session from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

Proceeds from the California seminar will benefit Safe Passage in Studio City, CA (), and proceeds from the New Jersey seminar will benefit the Breast Cancer Resource Center of the Princeton YWCA () in Princeton, NJ.

The seminars are open to all grapplers, male and female, at all belt levels. The cost for each 2-hour seminar is $75. The cost for the introductory session (for those who are unfamiliar with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or grappling) is a suggested donation of $10.

The instructors will be available for a post-seminar discussion/Q&A. A donation of $10 for the discussion is suggested.

Women who have attended a previous WGC camp receive a $25 discount on the two-hour seminars. For more information on team discounts, sponsorships, or platinum donorship, email info@womensgrappling.org.

A portion of the proceeds from each seminar and 100% of the proceeds from each post-seminar discussion/Q&A will go directly to the corresponding charitable organization.
