    OK I am little bias towards no-gi but I really do not knock BJJ. Train at what you can for now and when you get the money go back to BJJ. Good luck.

    Hit up Craigslist and get a used one. Lots of people can't stay dedicated to BJJ and you could probably find a good deal from someone just looking to get some cash for one.

     that is the age but most

     that is the age but most business will not hire you at that age..even McDonald's...ask your teacher maybe you can do some work for him at his school for some..kinda help out with cleaning or chores, I know teachers here have did that for kids who could not afford lessons.
