Access to Cougar Forum??

I asked a few months back about access. Everytime i log in it wont let me access. The filed to register pops up. It says access not granted because administrator hasnt granted it. Please help. Ive put up about 2-3 threads in the past 6 months with no help yet. if an Admin could PM me here i will give any necessary info. Thanks
