Haven't competed in like two years, but what the hell, it's not that often I get to be on the mat. My training was going great until about three weeks ago, then it went to shit, but last night I started feeling it again.

Tough matches all the way around here, including Steve Kim and the East Side Kook (Paul Schriener). I would have to say Jason Brudvick has to be the favorite here. I was looking back at some really old footage and realize I lost to him in a semifinals in a white belt tournament some time ago. Even all of the matches I lost have been close ones -except that one, I think he passed my guard twice. This is also the division tht Nick Diaz and Jake Sheilds would be in, but I think their MMA comittments will keep them out. Andrew Smith is definitely out, he's been busy with his new school. I also wonder if Tarsis Humphries is coming up, he's pretty scary.
