It's time for the UFC to bring back the Neo Samurai!

    Sun, 2006-05-28 20:57 — Bevois

Since the UFC has brought back the lightweight division, I think it only makes sense if they brought back one MMA's most marketable, likable, and talented fighters...

    Genki Sudo

    Check out his highlight reel!

The UFC cant afford him anymore. I dont know why any fighter in their right mind would ever go back to the UFC.

They can afford him, up to this point they havn't been willing to pay enough to get him. I think the UFC is about to get backed into a corner. Pay top fighters more money or watch them go to competitors who will make a push in the U.S. driving the UFC's popularity down or at least putting a major player in the States. Actually, I think they are already going to get some push. I'm every bit as interested in watching the card with Quinton,Lindland,Mayhem,Nate Q. etc.. as the next UFC card.

But to the point, yes they need to sign Genki and market him like crazy both here and in Japan.
