We are the only school in the Shenandoah Valley region with “instructors” who COMPETE in Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts. We don’t just teach our students, but we actually TEST what we teach by stepping into the ring (thai boxing), mat (brazilian jiu-jitsu), or in the cage (mixed martial arts). If something doesn’t work … we EVOLVE.

Our competitors and fighters have accumulated numerous titles. Some of these include gold medals at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World championships, Pan Ams, Arnold/Gracie world submission championships, Grapplers Quest, NAGA, and the World Kickboxing Association.

Separate classes held for those who want to take their training to the next level and test their skills in the ring and/or cage.
