    I havent had the chance to watch the whole thing but the first one with Koscheck and Goulet was pretty good Kos looked a hell of a lot better than in his previous showings. Stand up looked way better, more confident and I thought KOd Goulet with that slick right. Anyways thanks for the post.

    Yeah, I was a little disappointed in Dean Lister's stand up figthing. He looked like a fatigued early. Maybe he should fight at 205 lbs and not 185. His JJ is great but I was less impressed with his punches. :cool:
