Skateboard punk beats down a preppy frat boy!

This video is an oldy but goody, so I thought I'd get a cop's point of view on it. I've seen this video quite a few times and the diffusion of responsibility that all of the other people show, while this assault is going down reminds me of the Kitty Genovese case, which was actually referenced at the beginning of my favorite movie The Boondock Saints.

Well to sum it up the skateboarder needed his ass kicked. Nothing a trained JJ guy couldn't do. From the legal point of view he violated 245(a)(1)PC or commonely referred to as assualt with a deadly weapon. When he gets out of jail in a couple of years he will have a different outlook on life. Very interesting video, I wonder if it was used against him in court. :cool:
Damn nice follow up on that. I have some videos on my computer I just have to find out how much trouble could I get into before I post them. :cool:
