What do you guys think about aikido?? ive seen on other BJJ sites that most grapplers dont like it, and that it doesnt work.
But on some aikido sites, theyre are people that do both and they say they compliment each other pretty well. Its seems that the thing is with aikido, you have to do itfor a long period of time to be able to make it work....An hour before my BJJ class theres an aikido class, and im thinking about giving it a go, so just wanted to hear some of your thoughts....
